Parties
Looking to host a party? Organizing a field trip? Getting the team together? Book our party room to create a masterpiece as well as memories! Our Party Room can comfortably seat up to 16 guests and can be reserved for the time and duration of your choosing.
We did the work so you don’t have to; just:
- Reserve the party room, pay the deposit to host your party.
- Pick from our inclusive reduce price packages (a Party Room Perk) OR let your guests pick from our hundreds of options and simply pay the regular $7 studio fee per painter. We will have all of the basic colors available (to keep things simple) but the host can select two additional colors.
- Invite your favorite folks to come paint and celebrate!
- Join us on the day of the event in a space prepared and set up for you and your guests! We subtract the deposit from your total on the day of leaving you with little to no remaining balance! We clean up the mess and leave the festivities and fun to you!
- One week later your parties projects are available for the host to pick up and distribute.

Mighty Tot $15
Each painter can choose a tot from our huge variety of options. Seasonal options are also available upon request.
Basic Party $20
Each painter can choose a plate, mug or bowl.
Coffee Break $30
Each painter can choose a mug from our huge variety of options.
Birthday parties
Kids love birthday parties at Pottery 2 Paint and parents love them even more! Our birthday party venue is one of the most kid friendly environments in the Black Hills. Kids of all ages and adults have a blast in this birthday party space designed for fun!
Group parties
Pottery 2 Paint isn't just for kids… Adults love to party with us too! Book a pottery painting party for your office, church group, ladies night out, bridal shower, reunion or birthday!
After hours parties
Pottery 2 Paint is available for parties and groups after hours. If you want the studio all to yourself for your special event it's all yours! After hour events require the same deposit, a $12.00 studio fee per painter + the piece of pottery. May arrive 30 minutes prior to party reservation to set up.

Cancelation Policy
- You are welcome to make changes to your reservation up to 48 hour prior to the event.
- If the event is canceled/rescheduled more than 48 hour prior to the party the full deposit will be transferred to a new date or applied to a gift certificate.
- If the event is canceled less than 48 hours prior to the party the host will forfeit the deposit.
